bad bad service

i have been dealing with the courier guy for a few years now the service is getting worse and worse and oudtshoorn branch being the worst of all

in the past few months i have been over charged on many occasions you arrange for an over night packages, and thy dont even collect even when it is arranged early in the morning. and then i am told by the koisk i still have to pay full for overnight that i did not receive in service.

they also previously broken my goods that was supposed to be delivered to client, the package was sent back. i never received the returned broken goods, never even received a notice

i also sent a package that the courier guy held at a branch for 2 weeks, without notifying me

i have mentioned all this the the branches and head office if considering a courier please stay away from the courier guy
