Bad, bad service

My parcel got lost in their care I was not even contacted to be told what happened to my parcel. Days later I call to enquire I was told my parcel got lost when their van was hijacked. Sent numerous emails I did not get even a response. Everytime I call they hang up ****** crocks. Till date I'm still waiting.
