BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

the courier guy keeps on stuffing up parcels, if not wrongly rerouting back to pick up points, then the drivers just do not pick up parcels with excuses no parcels to be picked up, after we as clients confirming that the parcels are ready for pick up. this has been an ongoing situation since november last year. we are seriously looking at better couriers as courier guy drivers and warehouses has *********** staff
