BAD BAD BAD SERVICE!!!!!!!!

non-delivery of my parcel. i received a whatsapp on 23 apr to say by parcel was out for delivery. waited the entire day, and no call, only to go onto the track my delivery to see that the parcel was returned, due to delivery failed - how is the delivery failed if no one called me. requested 10 times to change the delivery address to my work address for 24 apr, only for the delivery to be dispatched to my home address. and now if they want to change the address to my work address this will delay the delivery. how can your customer service be so shocking....call centre puts the phone down....spent R100 just making phone calls to try to resolve and still no resolution. absolutely shocking and unacceptable
