Bad bad bad service at The Courier Guy

I've been waiting for my parcel for from Johannesburg to Witbank. It has not been updating anything on the tracking site after some time now I'm told my parcel is in Kimberly! Why my parcel went to Kimberly when I'm here in Witbank, literally next to Johannesburg. I should've received that parcel yesterday because Johannesburg is here.

I am not happy and I need clarity on this. Why my parcel went to Kimberly when I'm here in Witbank???
