Bad bad bad service

I am so tired of Courier Guy, Jhb , Nelspruit, and Hoedspruit. Its so frustrating trying to run a small business but not getting stock on time. Jhb courier guy send my boxes to Nelspruit, then it needs to go back to jhb AND THEN to Lydenburg- Hoedspruit... it is so unnecessary! You should add a trip between nelspruit and Hoedspruit so the parcels coming through there can get here on time!! I am not the only one in Hoedspruit frustrated with Courier guy! When you try and phone someone from these branches there is either NO help or NO ANSWER. Very poor service.
