BAD BAD BAD SERVICE!!!

Second time i want to use The Courier Guy. What a mistake all over again. When they actually tries to help you but actually just makes everything worse. You book a parcel and wait longer than their actual lead time. They make other companies look bad, because they can not come up with a solution if they did not do their job properly. You try to book your collection as soon as possible and when you call them the same day just later in the day they did not even book the parcel at all, don't even know what you are talking about, then it is to late for the parcel to be booked and then they book it for the next day. You lose one full day. Then the one depot wants to make another depot's bad but their service is also up to ****. They do not communicate to other depots about their arrangement on parcels. Every depot just do what they want en when they want. They do not eve want to try and sort things out for you , you must call a lot of depot's to maybe get an answer out of someone. Their systems are not right because they scan your parcel out but did not even leave the depot. So you the one tracking your parcel see o it will be here in the next few hours, then a next few hours becomes a day if not more than a day, then eventually your parcel are gone.
