Bad bad bad service

When I did open the page about The Courier Guy I was surprised that they score 2.6. What for those points were given? There is no point writing interview if someone most probably paid for gave them 2 or even three stars... For me there is no other option - there is only one courier company in my town so I HAVE to use them. For the second consecutive time they dismally failed delivery. Both times no collection was logged in by the staff and after the enquiry within 5 days lies were received from the *********** staff that truck driver was highjacked or ****** or fell asleep etc...but no tracking number was given. Wen called the supplier I was told in both occasions that no collections were made meanwhile... If you can - do not use them please. Try to stay happy.
