Bad bad bad

Parcel picked up in JHB on 25th April 2023. Tracking shows on route to Vryburg since 25th. I called track and trace department and had to declare whats inside and and and. Then said we will contact you if we find anything. Well looks like nothing was found. Must one just accept poor poor service?
