Bad Attitute and an unabillity to provide service

I requested a collection of a parcel as many times before. However i phoned 8am and by 11:30 i had to phone again. Just to get a very nasty woman who didnt want to listen, speaking to me using fawl language and telling me where i can get off. Then while i was speaking and cancelling my collection request, she put the handset on the counter as i could hear noises and talking however she didnt speak any further to me. She was the rudest person ever.
