Bad Attitude

Driver arrive with very bad attitude, demanding he must leave now! We explained we must just print the delivery notes but keep on demanding things from us. Then he does not want to load the parcel as it was not bundled correctly according to him. It was bundled in 10 and he wants it in 20's, really? He left without the parcel just to arrive 10 minutes later again to load it. Really need to work on customer service and not argue and demanding things with no relevance. JUST BAD ATTITUDE!!
