Bad attitude arrogant driver from The Courier guy

Please find this Matter very serious as am not gonna let it slide.

Am writing this email with broken hearts,I’ve experienced today on 6-March-2026. I’ve ordered items from Makro and it was delivered yesterday 5th March 2026 as it was not what I expected I did return the same day yesterday mind due it was already open just need sola-tape to put the plastic together I was not notified that the courier guy is coming the date I was given it was on Tuesday or Wednesday ,then I received a call around 12:47 today Friday on this numbers +27 (73) *** the guy was very very rude I’ve never experienced such bad customer service from Courier guy before am always ordering my items there but this guy made me think twice.He totally doesn’t know how to work with customers.

Yes I was not notified that he’s coming to fetch the item today hence I didn’t sola-tape the package the way it was ,but to get clash back from the guy it was totally not good .I really feel sorry for the company to employ such people with behaviour ,and he decided to leave my package behind.
