Bad attitude and lies

We just returned from the Courier Guy in Hennopspark Centurion. We send a parcel to Parys, Free State and we are very unhappy with the poor attitudes and questionable service we receive. We placed the parcel on the scale and the weight was clearly 1.6 kg that means it is under 2kg and according to the flyers parcels under 2kg are R100. The woman (assuming the manager) instructed the lady helping us that the weight is 2kg bringing the price to R120 economy or R140 overnight more than 2kg. We are not happy, as we feel that we have been ****med. Is that how they make there bonuses by ******** every customer. And we do not like the attitude of the assumed manager and the arrogant way she treated us.
