Bad attitude and lack of professionalism. Not to mention less than mediocre client service!!!

A package that wa supposed to be delivered on Tuesday 30th April is still not delivered because they're not only unprofessional but they act as if they're doing me a favor. This is worst courier company I've ever had to deal with.
