BAD ATTITUDE!!!

Absolutely unacceptable service from The Courier Guy today.

Delivery driver arrived with a terrible attitude, was dismissive, impatient, and outright rude when asked basic questions about the parcel. No professionalism, no courtesy just poor service all around. This is the second time this person is coming to my house with this attitude.

This is not the standard customers should be subjected to. Do better.

Surely this is not the way Craig Pitchers the CEO wants his customers to be treated!
