Bad attitude

Waybill number VTB7ZM I called @ around 08H05 about my parcel I was told there was a problem with parcel being in the floor they will arrange to be delivered to the address I provided.I did advise that I wont be available on that address later I'll rather come to collect my self upon arrival m giveng another address to collect to.I see these as unprofessional very inconveniencing for me as I was supposed to be told where to collect my parcel in the first place. I did pay for my parcel to be delivered to me not to be driving around looking for places I dnt know.
