Awful service, even worse customer service

Yesterday I lodged a collection, for same day delivery, it was Jhb to Bloem. I am currently holding the line for the 5th time. Each time having to wait in the queue. I spoke to someone who told me that they do not do same day delivery to Bloem, then he put me on hold. Second time around, the person I spoke to told me I needed to speak to the person who handles the same day express, but that he is not at his table, but that he will phone me back. When no call was forthcoming, I phoned again, this time I spoke to the person dealing with the same day express, he said he would phone me back. He did not. The forth time I called, I spoke to him again, he told me to hold, and after a few seconds put the phone down in my ear. This parcel needed to be in Bloemfontein this morning, that is why I choose same day delivery yesterday, and I cannot for my life understand why they would have the option for same day delivery if they do not do same day delivery. Furthermore, I cannot understand how my package is still not in Bloemfontein. Even if you don't do same day delivery, surely it would have then been overnight express. It is now past midday. I have gotten no support from their customer service and I still have not idea where my parcel is.
