Awful service and ****s !!!

What ********** service . I received communication that my delivery would be out today before 5pm . At 3pm the delivery guy called me to tell me he’s on his way he is just getting lost . As I called again a few minutes later his phone was off , no communication was made . I messaged the WhatsApp customer care line , the agent who assisted could barely string a sentence together , said that they also cannot reach the driver , gave me the number to I suppose call him myself . They then said the driver is asking for my number , I gave the agent , the driver did not call . I am astonished that it is 7:27 I have still not received my parcel .
