Awful customer service. Rude drivers , do not deliver on time.

If I could put a no star at all I could put, I got the worst service of my life , I ordered an overnight delivery , but then my parcel was not picked up , the first day , and the second day the driver called me back hat he could not find the address of which I knew he could as the address was very clear and it was giving clear directions from my side. When I called to enquire why it was taking long for my parcel to picked up I was told that the order was given to the wrong driver who does not pick up parcels in the area that my parcel was and the driver did not want to pick it up. So they made their mistake my problem , none of them were apologetic , they then informed me that they were going to deliver it after 5 days , but when I paid for over night it’s written it takes 1 to 2 days , when I asked why that was like that , I was told because when they say one to two days they mean working days of which I placed my order on Thursday morning , Saturday morning marks my day 2 max. I will never again do business with them very disappointing service.
