Awesome service by Sikiwe, he was so helpful and passionate about his work. My account was over changed because I mistakenly booked under an incorrect service and I was told by some lady at the courier guy that there’s nothing they can do I have to pay R625 . When I called the next day I was helped by a very energetic and enthusiastic consultant Sikiwe and he saved me a whole R235 by booking the parcel correctly.
