I created an online prepaid account a few days ago as I had 3 parcels to courier, 2 to Durban and 1 to Cape Town. This is the first time using The Courier Guy and I needed assistance as I wasn’t sure how to proceed. I was assisted by Katleho who has been so professional, friendly and helpful and I started my journey, and I must say it was brilliant, from Katleho to both guys Richard who collected my parcels and Believe who dropped off my waybills, the service has been nothing but outstanding. A huge Thank you to The Courier Guy/staff for such amazing service. In this day and age customer service is a thing of the past.
