Awaiting refund

I am still waiting for my refund, everytime I call im being tossed around agents.i was told to place a shipment request online, fine, I paid and everything, next thing they set up another collection order which I had to pay again upon collection meanwhile the online one got cancelled and I still haven't received my money No one could refer me to the right department.
