Pathetic Customer Service from the Branch Manager after expressing my concern when overnight packages take a week to reach me.. no apologies or solutions offered even though I did all the work of discovering their mistake, constant blame shifting and excuses and a "it is what it is, you'll get it when you get it" attitude
