Truly appalling service. The online chat facility is shocking. First, the Chat Bot is unable to answer simple questions. Then, the agents take an average of more than an hour to reply; answers are often irrelevant to questions and then the agent disappears. Problem unresolved and they have the gall to close the chat and ask my to rate them here.
