Avoid The Courier Guy!

I am extremely disappointed with The Courier Guy.

We recently ordered a shipment of ceramic mugs, clearly labelled as Fragile.

Upon receipt, all of our mugs were broken as if the box was dropped/handled roughly.

When I reached out to Customer Care, I was told in a poorly worded email that it is not their problem.

Avoid them if you can, their attitude is disgusting.
