Avoid The Courier Guy

Avoid The Courier Guy like the plague. Having been told the delivery would take 72 hours (3 days), we are now more than 8 days later and still no delivery. Many promises of deliveries yesterday then today, but still no delivery. Contact them by email and expect a reply after a day or two, and they will never answer a phone. Coincidentally, I have used two delivery services in parallel. DHL is clearly the high-end professional service who were excellent moving a product from Zurich. Makro has also way out-performed The Courier Guy with a local delivery. Very poor rating for logistics, service and failure expectation management.
