AVOID!!

I booked a parcel to deposit, it showed I had until today 14:31. I went on Monday and the locker wasn't working and when I went back this morning I showed the pin expired when it was valid until this afternoon. They now refusing to assist and say I have to book and pay for another deposit. This is ridiculous and they not being helpful at all in anyway. I didn't receive a sms with the pin or reminder either - NO SUPPORT or assistance from them.

Avoid using them! It's more hassles than assistance or service from them.
