Atrocious so called customer service!

I will never use such a rude and terrible business like this no matter what, your staff who are meant to assist the client are rude and trying to get you off the line and not interested in a solution then cuts me off before explaining what is going to happen and put me through to a so call manager to see if there is a possibility an arrangement can be made. Then is clearly screening my calls as nobody answered and I have made 6 calls subsequently and nobody is answering. Yes it is late in the day but it is before 5pm which is your trading hours, I even called the after hours and calls are screened there too obviously. You are a service orientated business and when a client asks for assistance to resolve an issue, I dont expect to be treated so rudely and not trying to assist with a solution. You should be ashamed of yourselves and most of all with the times we are in, with this pandemic customer service should be key but clearly not to you and I wish you all the best going forward if this is your attitude. I would hope someone actually responds to this but based on the current level of atrocious so called service I won't hold my breath. I will ever recommend using you nor order other products from companies who use you, this is shocking!
