Atrocious service

I received a box today containing an expensive and fragile item. The seller requested that "fragile" stickers be placed on the box. Which they did. When it got delivered today, while I was waiting outside the van they had to dig the box out from underneath a mound of other boxes. Then it got threw from inside the van to the driver standing waiting outside the van. While I stood watching. What I received was a crushed in box, it was opened and just roughly taped closed again. The box wasn't even closed and taped up properly. I could actually see inside the box without even having to open the box flaps. Thankfully my item wasn't damaged, but I will NEVER recommend The Courier Guy to anyone, as this is not the first time this has happened, where the parcel was opened up, the contents either broken or some item ****** out of the box and items being repacked into a different box as what the sender used, just to hide the manhandling of the "fragile" marked boxes. I will definitely not use them again.
