Assaulted client

The drivers are very disrespectful and do not have good communication skills. There is no where to report this bad service in the company. You write up a complaint and they say they can't help you because they can't find your tracking number in the system. The response from the agents is unprofessional. There are spelling errors and silly punctuation mistakes on the email. You can see that this is what's normally done on a daily basis. The drivers behave the way they do because there is no regulation from within the company.
