Asking for payment while parcel not yet received.

Had a very bad experience with courier guy, parcel booked for collection on the 1st of February 2023, till date my parcel wasn't received. Value of parcel is approximately R8000.00, when courier was booked, the person from the Messina branch confirmed , he received all dimensions from us, after 2 days, we receive a call stating that this parcel was too big for them to send it from their Louis Trichardt branch to messina as there is no truck. The parcel is about 3.8m in length.

Exactly about 35 days and my parcel still is not yet with me. Have been calling them constantly without any feedback. Now one of their managers calls and threatens us that if parcel is not collected he will sell to cover charges. What nonsense is this?? My parcel reached in 2 batches, 1st batch is in Messina, second piece is still in Louis Trichardt.

Instead of sorting the issues, one of the branch manager is threatening us.

We requested that if my delivery is not fulfilled, take the parcel back to the supplier and we will get it collected from the supplier.

The parcel is still lying with them and they are threatening us.
