As long as they are getting paid, they dont care

My package was miss routed for some reason... as it stated it must go to Secunda and ended up in Polokwane. the Manager's response was it was send via Economic so they are "covered" for this mistake. And not to mention the attitude he had. It is still a paid service, but that does not matter because they are "covered". I would have responded another way if there was an idea that they go out of their way to help but not even the slightest. Very disappointing
