I've been waiting to hear from you guys about the funds that are not reflecting in my Pudo account but now you are just silent. I've sent countless emails and a whatsapp but no response that solves my problem

Pudo/the courier guy, this is really disappointing. I've seen negative reviews but never wanted to believe any as I've never experienced any problems before.
