Arrogant workers of hatfield

Parcel got delivered damaged to a client. I just want a new suitcase or money to buy another suitcase cause that's not how the suitcase was when I sent it. I also have to mention how arrogant your workers are at hatfield and don't know customer service at all. I paid R120,75 for overnight delivery and wasn't advised with anything now all of a sudden I'm asked if I insured the suitcase, my question is why didn’t the person that helped me mention insurance & what my R120,75 included, I was helped by Paul.

What I want is a new suitcase or money to buy a suitcase since it was damaged with no explanation how it got damaged.
