Arrogant rude staff

Utterly disgusting service from The Courier Guy. I was sent notification that my parcel was to be delivered on the 3rd August 2025 which was a Sunday, I was surprised by this as I didn't know that they did Sunday deliveries, however I hung around waiting for them. At 1.20 pm I then received notification that the parcel was out for delivery and 1 hour later I received notification that the was a problem with delivery. I then waited Monday for the delivery however by 3 pm I had not received any notification from Courier Guy and when I tracked the parcel it was suddenly in transit. I then called the call center to find out what was going on. First person I spoke to claimed my tracking number didn't exist, the second call got me an extremely rude person who told me quite arrogantly the they didn't deliver on Sundays and when I told them that I received notification from them informing me that they were delivering on Sunday I got the impression that they felt I was an imbecile. Finally I was put through to someone else who then said the parcel had been damaged and was being returned to the sender. Why anyone from Courier Guy couldn't have actually contacted me and informed me of the problem is beyond me but the attitude of their staff is disgusting.
