Arrogant driver.

Hello Peter At 15:39, A driver from The Courier Guy company had the wrong delivery address and ended up in my driveway. However the driver drove into my driveway at a very high speed and at that time the driver from the security was reversing out of my yard. So I asked your driver why the high speed especially into someone's yard, he responded that he had a delivery. I told him we are not expecting any deliveries from your company. I again asked why the high speed because it is dangerous he said he was looking for number 14 Waboom Street, Brackendowns well I told him it was not number 14. Instead of apologizing for the wrong address he was arrogant and responded in another language blaming the the security company car that it doesn't have reverse lights - seriously! That has nothing to do with him! He is RUDE! What does that have to do with his high speed into my yard and the incorrect address. Your employee is arrogant and cannot communicate with people, I wonder how he communicates with your clients. I have a picture of the car and number plate, unfortunately, the number plate is not clear. Sort him out because he will damage your company's image. I sure will not use your services if these are the kind of people you employ! Dissapointed. He ruined my day. People are suffering looking for jobs and he does not respect his company's image and reputation!
