Arrogant Driver

Arrogant delivery guy was hooted out of my chair this morning, he thinks if he keeps hooting, I will run outside kneel at his feet and thank him for my parcel, don't think so. Still sitting in his vehicle after opening my gate I warned him for not the first time of his constant hooting he started to give me lip and told me that it is company policy and then asked me my pin/code which they did not send and then I was wasting his time. Send them an email to complaint and their answer is they will speak to the driver; we all know that is not going to happen. Told him and the company not to deliver at my house again, will make sure from now on that suppliers do not use The courier guy to deliver to me, if they don't want to then they loose a sale
