Arrogance in providing service

12 days still no responds on refund query and apparently they have no ETA, I booked a delivery to a address and it was successfully delivered. 2 days later I booked a collection from the same address and was told that courier guy doesnt collect from said address which they delivered to 2 days prior. I was unable to cancel the shipment on the app and was informed via email a few days later that the booking was canceled due to "parcel not handed over to driver". How is the parcel expected to be handed over to the driver wen u dont collect from the address? Weird right? I then requested via email for a refund on the 30th of April, its not the 12th of May and I still havent been refunded and wen I send emails to check why I havent been responded to, I am told that this company has no ETA on queries, does this now mean I can wait a year to get a respond or a resolve on my query? Who runs a business in this manner. Firstly ur app shud not be allowing bookings to addresses that u dont collect or deliver to. The arrogance of this company, even their call centre consultants hang up on you like she dis yesterday wen I called to complain about this poor service. If its not their lockers that dont work, its their drivers lying about attempted collections that never happen, or their drivers collecting parcels at 5:19pm which is after hours according to courier guy. Useless
