Apple Watch Missing from Parcel – Poor Handling, Security, and Follow-Up

I recently used Pudo, a courier service by The Courier Guy, to receive a parcel that was securely packaged when sent. However, when it arrived, the package was loose at the bottom and wet, making it vulnerable to tampering. By the time it reached me, the Apple Watch inside was missing.

I contacted Pudo’s customer support, and while one representative was willing to assist, I haven’t received any feedback yet—and honestly, I doubt that I ever will. This experience has left me extremely disappointed, as Pudo’s handling and security measures seem inadequate to prevent such issues, even with non-valuable items.
