APPAULING SERVICE BY THE COURIER GUY

I'm so dissapointed with the experience I have with Courier guy. I paid for express delivery for my parcel to be delivered on the 5th of June from Cape town to East London. the guy that assisted me at the courier guy assured me my parcel will be in East London the following day. the following day which was the 6June when I tried to track the parcel TCG***4, I even called they said they could not track the parcel with my waybill number TCG***4 the date is now 10June and I have not received my parcel, they are not giving me tangiable feedback as to where my parcel is. I need that parcel delivered soonest
