Appalling Service from Driver

Driver of vehicle JP 78 SX GP has the most appalling attitude I have ever come across in my life.

There seemed to be an issue with my complex gate intercom, it did not allow my husband to open the gate from his phone. My husband immediately phoned me to let me know that Courier Guy was at the gate. It took me 2 minutes ****erally have the proof of this) to get my 8 month pregnant body down to the complex gate, barefoot and all, as I did not want to inconvenient them. During the 2 min, the driver phoned me 3 times, of which he slammed the phone down in my ear twice. Greeted the driver, and was ignored, my package was stuffed in my hand and then the driver proceeded to scream at me, telling me that I should have opened the gate because they can get hijacked etc. I apologized, and said that the intercom did not function as it should, that is why I came down immediately. He again, just went off at me, I then informed him that I was going to report him and I walked away.
