Appalling Service. Broken Good. No Compensation

I bought some art work from a seller in Durban. They chose the courier guy to send the item to Cape Town. The item was bubble wrapped and made secure. The item arrived, with glass broken, art work ruined and frame broken. The company refused to compensate as they said it broke during transit. Hmm a courier company that does not compensate if the item is in their care and it breaks in transit. Appalling and shocking service. Do not use. You will be disappointed
