Appalling service!

To say your customer service is appalling is an understatement! I ordered on Amazon on the 25th of December 2024 with an estimated delivery date being latest on the 30th. I am still waiting for that parcel. Which when I track with Amazon, it was dispatched to you on the 27th. Since then on your website, it keeps going back and forth to my delivery place and your hub. I chose Pudo locker as I thought it'd be easier for me to get my parcel instead of my house because I have had a terrible experience with you in the past. You seldom communicate, I have to follow up and still never get a satisfactory response. How is it from the 27th your site continues to update the same nonsense? Attempted to deliver and yet no further update as to why the attempt was unsuccessful to place my goods inside a locker?? This is ludicrous! These companies ought to reconsider using you lot for their courier services.
