Appalling Service!

Shicking to have people treat you as though you are wasting their time. Firstly, I was enquiring about an overcharge on my account for a particular parcel that I recently requested to have delivered. I spoke to Nonkululeko and she was just utterly disappointing. Her lack of support, her lack of interest to customer service and her lack of communication, just set the bar very low for Courier Guy. I am appalled that you have employees such as her! If you have employees who could care less for customer service, do everyone a favor and remove them!
