Appalling customer service

Received an email yesterday regarding my package that delivery has failed because they couldn't reach me although i had my phone with me the whole time. Today i was notified that my package dissappeared into thin air... I'm extremely disappointed in the service and I'm appalled how neglectful they are especially considering the contents of my package is expensive. If this issue is not resolved soon I'll have no other option other than approaching small claims court.
