Appalling Courier Guy Cape Town service

Wow...no words. Paid for a 24 - 48 hour delivery. Collected on Monday, was supposed to be delivered on Wednesday. It's now Saturday afternoon, no parcel, and it contains perishables. According to tracking, it left the Parklands hub at 07h20 this morning, got to my place at 08h20, but "no access" so it was returned to the hub. I was here and awake and no loadshedding. Despite being a so-called courier company, you cannot contact anyone after 13h00 on a Saturday anywhere in SA. I have desperately tried their Chatbot (doesn't work), WhatsApp after hours business group (no reply) phoning them on all numbers (directed to the after hours number) and emailed support (you guessed no answer) I was given an emergency after hours number for the Cape Town hub ***, aaaaaand no reply to repeated requests Now my parcel has to sit until Monday a week after a 24- 48 hour collection and delivery Absolutely appalling customer service. Avoid Courier Guy at all costs. Use anyone but them.
