apalling service

appalling service. 8 or 9 calls - today i collectively spent 40 minutes on hold.; a whatsapp line that goes in a loop and no response to the support email address. No calls back once i have spoken to people. Operations manager (Gerrit ?) who is permanently unavailable and cant be reached. and I still dont have a parcel that was supposedly delivered 19 December.
