Annoyed

I never been that disappointed with a courier company like I am right now with courier guy. My parcel was out on delivery from Vryburg since Friday today it's Tuesday the guys are still not here I mean I am running a business here I tell customers when I am expecting delivery based on emails received but the drivers decides not to deliver. I need my order by tomorrow or else I am taking legal action This is money we talking about we running businesses depending on you guys to meet us half way but all you do is disappoint I need my order ASAP I am annoyed as is NXA PLEASE CALL ME ON *** AND SORT THIS OUT PLEASE
