Angry customer

I am very angry about this company they drop my parcel to the wrong place and just left it there without name or pin to secure the parcel ,after that I got my parcel after a week of being lost only to find it have been used and it's a very bad looking situation I don't recommend to anyone this company they are unorganized I bought this as a gift now I can't pass it on because it's spoiled 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
