Angry client

Courier Guy in Limpopo Area Thohoyandou is bad. i paid for my order at Repriced online and the door to door delivery but i ended up driving to their warehouse to get my order. for the whole week i received SMS in the morning with pin that my delivery is out and will reach before 5 pm and the order never arrived. i called the offices and i was told they have one delivery guy so i asked why everyday he sends SMS that he will deliver and doesn't they said he couldn't. for the whole week?, how is that my problem. my business was stuck because i had ordered things i needed for the business just because they say the driver couldn't and it sounded like a lie because the lady on the phone was even rude. If i order anything online and they use Courier guy i am specifically telling them about the experience before paying so they can reconsider
